Overview

Our seamless stainless steel pipe is manufactured in full conformance with ASTM A312, the industry-standard specification for austenitic stainless steel pipe intended for high-temperature and general corrosive service. Each pipe is produced without a weld seam, delivering superior mechanical integrity and consistent wall thickness throughout its length.

Material Grades

Available in three principal austenitic grades to suit a wide range of service environments:

• TP304 — General-purpose grade offering excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric and mild chemical environments.
• TP316 — Enhanced resistance to chlorides and pitting corrosion due to molybdenum addition; preferred for marine and chemical processing.
• TP316L — Low-carbon variant of TP316, minimising sensitisation risk during welding; ideal for pharmaceutical and food-grade applications.

Schedule Options & Size Range

Pipes are stocked in three wall-thickness schedules — SCH 10, SCH 40, and SCH 80 — covering nominal pipe sizes (NPS) from 1/4" through 24". This broad range accommodates low-pressure instrumentation lines as well as heavy-duty process headers, giving engineers the flexibility to specify a single product family across an entire plant.

Surface Finish & End Preparation

All pipes are solution annealed to relieve residual stresses and restore optimal corrosion resistance, then pickled to remove surface oxides and produce a clean, passive stainless surface. Ends are supplied beveled to ASME B16.25 preparation, ready for butt-weld assembly without additional machining.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Every pipe undergoes hydrostatic testing in accordance with ASTM A312 requirements, verifying pressure integrity before dispatch. Mill test reports (MTRs) traceable to each heat of material are available upon request, supporting full material traceability for critical installations.
