How It Works

Axxanol™ Spray-G works through a dual-action protection mechanism. Simultaneously, its Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) chemistry releases protective molecules that migrate through the surrounding atmosphere to reach recessed areas, cavities, and complex geometries that spray contact alone may not fully coat.

This combination of contact-film and vapor-phase protection ensures comprehensive coverage across entire assemblies, including internal surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. The result is a multi-layered corrosion defence that remains effective throughout the intended storage or shipping duration.

Usage and Removal

Apply Axxanol™ Spray-G by spraying directly onto clean, dry metal surfaces at the recommended distance to achieve uniform coverage. When protection is no longer required, the coating is fully removable using standard industrial degreasers or solvents, leaving surfaces clean and ready for further processing, assembly, or commissioning.
