Overview

Gas pressure regulators are essential safety and control devices designed to reduce and stabilize the high-pressure output from compressed gas cylinders to a safe, usable working pressure. This range covers oxygen (O₂), acetylene, and nitrogen (N₂) cylinders, making them suitable for a broad spectrum of industrial and professional applications.

Applications

These regulators are widely used across welding and cutting operations, industrial gas distribution networks, laboratory environments, and manufacturing facilities. They are compatible with oxy-acetylene welding and cutting rigs, nitrogen purging and pressure testing systems, and general industrial gas supply lines where precise pressure control is critical.

Construction and Build Quality

The regulator body is manufactured from high-grade brass, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability in demanding industrial environments. Each unit is fitted with two integrated pressure gauges: one displaying the cylinder (inlet) pressure and one showing the regulated (outlet) working pressure. This dual-gauge configuration allows operators to monitor both supply levels and delivery pressure at a glance.

Single and Dual-Stage Configuration

Available in both single-stage and dual-stage configurations to suit different application requirements. Single-stage regulators provide a straightforward, cost-effective solution for applications where cylinder pressure variation is acceptable. Dual-stage regulators deliver a more consistent outlet pressure as the cylinder depletes, making them the preferred choice for precision welding, cutting, and sensitive industrial processes.

Connection Standards

These regulators are available with CGA (Compressed Gas Association) and DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) cylinder connections, ensuring compatibility with the widest range of gas cylinders used globally. The appropriate connection standard should be selected based on the cylinder fittings in use at the installation site.

Outlet Pressure Range

The outlet pressure is fully adjustable across a range of 0–10 bar, allowing operators to dial in the precise working pressure required for their specific process. The adjustment mechanism is smooth and responsive, providing fine control even at low pressure settings.

Safety Features

Each regulator incorporates a built-in safety relief valve that automatically vents excess pressure if the outlet pressure exceeds a safe threshold. This protects downstream equipment, hoses, and operators from overpressure events. The robust brass construction and precision-machined internal components further contribute to long-term reliability and safe operation.
